Andrea is too caught up in him. I knew she wouldn't stab him, even though I wish she would have. He deserves a more slower and miserable death than that though.

I thought maybe he would wake up and grab her arm or something, but dying...nah I didn't think it would happen.

Do you think her loyalty will lie with him or with Rick and the group?

I knew only because she would have had to be completely successful and kill him (which wouldn't happen just due to them not wanted to gov to exit the show like that) or not do it at all because if it was halfway or if he woke up or something I would imagine she would be dead and I doubt they'd kill her off like that either.

I knew she wouldn't do it, since they wouldn't get rid of the Governor like that. But it serves as a reminder that Andrea is still, at best, conflicted.

I was yelling "DO IT, DO IT!" but it was accompanied by "she wont do it". Hoping, but not that naive.

I knew she wouldn't do it, it's obvious she has feelings for him and that would be too easy and too quick, I think the governor is staying put until at least the last episode of the season.

I was hoping, when they started kissing, that the Gov was gonna suddenly snap her neck for going to the prison against his wishes, and we all would have been "WTF???"

Alas, it was not to be. :(

The whole world knew they weren't gonna have the Governor die like that...especially since him and rick never confronted each other...

I agree. It would have been a silly way of killing off the Governor. And I'm glad that Andrea didn't kill him - not at that point, anyway. She doesn't seem like the 'silent assassin' type. If Andrea does end up killing the Governor, it'll be in the spur of the moment, like if he tries to kill her, or pulls a gun at one of Rick's group.

No, I didn't expect Andrea to kill the Governor. It would be really hard to kill someone who is not trying (in the moment) to kill you (for a normal person, not someone like the Governor). So far life has been good to Andrea at Woodbury, including the Gov. Eventually that will change. When the Governor realizes that Andrea is a liability and tries to dispose of her, then she might find the motivation to kill him. Presently, she still has fond memories of him (in the sack and other memories) as well of her thinking she can convince him to work with Rick.

That would have been great. Or, if she actually did stab him and a fight ensued, clearly not ending in the Governor's death. Andrea redemption? Pretty close. Instead, we'll just have to wait for that, if that ever really happens. Honestly, putting her in the easy position to kill him with obvious reasons to do so without actually having her try would damage her approval rating even further. Especially after she just had sex with him. Just strengthens the whole "Andrea just wants to get laid over doing the right thing" point (although I think that's unfair).

And she really needs that scar. Perhaps it'll symbolically appear to signify her transition into not being a dumbass.
