Who's gonna stop Carl Turning?

    So, Carl's going to die!

    If he doesn't go out in one last blaze of glory and take a bullet to the head then someone is going to have to drive a blade into his skull. Kind of a hard thing to do for those that are left behind who loved him.

    So who?

    Rick's the obvious candidate, but I don't think he'll be able to bring himself to do it. He'll try and there'll be plenty of tears and snot but he just wont be able to.

    If not Rick then my money is on Michone, just because Carl said "he'd do it for her" back when they were both in the woods and walker Dianne was roaming.

    Lord have mercy I don't wanna see it. But I think it will be Michonne as well. It'll probably be the hardest thing she has ever done. But she knows Rick can't and should not. And she loves him too. I just hope it does not break Rick's or Michonne's spirits so they can carry on for Judith.

    I think Michonne, too. :(

    Carl did a good job of waiting until Rick saw everyone else was safe before he revealed the terrible news. With only dead silence to greet the news due to their circumstances, that made it all the more heart wrenching.

    There are no words.

    Well I think it kinda sucks Negan didn't get the chance, considering.
    Maybe it still happens...

    I honestly think Negan would do it, sincerely too. The guy is not as hard ass as he puts out. He is hard as iron balls but he also got a soft spot for Carland he do want to protect his people if they cooperate. I still find him a DC villian but I think he growed a bit. Seemingly he would be a candidate to end Carl from turning. He offered Eugene it too.

    That's actually a nice thought. He could say, "For your mother and father," to echo Carl's words to him.

    Yea I don't think anyone else is in any condition to do it. Rick, Michonne, Daryl, Rosita, no none of them will be able to do it..... this one is too painful for all of them. We conveniently have a Siddiq so let's use 'em.;)

    Being that Carl is still alive right now and next episode is going to be heavily about him (in my estimation) - I can only really picture him going out in a blaze of glory. Like driving a truck full of explosives right into Negan's army or something of that nature that sacrifices himself.

    The only thing I am fairly certain of, from what they discussed on Talking Dead, is that Carl's death is going to be some sort of turning point for the entire plot line. Something major is going to come out of his dying, something positive.
