I miss the good old days when every thread turned into a Beth and/or Bethyl thread.

 

And I miss the good old days when there were no ships on this show, I feel like some people only watch to see two characters hook up, this isn't CW.
Before it was the Bethyl/Caryl crap, now it's the Richonne/Jessick crap..

 

personally i would be just fine with less sexual tension/romance on the show.. but there's absolutely a large/vocal portion of the walking dead fanbase that's definitely into it.. this forum is case in point..

 

Shipping in general is such a weird thing to me... especially when it comes to YouTube, sometimes it's just bizarre... people are ****in strange, man..

 

Just watching zombie kills gets old...it's the relationships that make the show for a lot of us...and not only the romantic ones.

 

Shipping has only been a thing around here for the past year or so when Bethyl began to get popular. I love the more human aspects of TWD, but shipping itself, especially when it gets hardcore is pretty scary. I wouldn't be opposed to a ship sub-forum for those kinds of threads, personally.

 

OK that comment didn't even seem "Richonne" oriented... It was just a joke about him not checking out her ass.... I mean if people are going to start getting precious over a joke THINKING it's some sort of 'shipping war comment' (and bitching about it like it has spilled in here when it HASN'T) then I don't need to tell you who I think has the issues here - and it's not the shippers who never even said anything related in the thread.

Understandable she'd be nervous. It seems like they've been lucky enough to avoid trouble for the most part, but trouble's just come knocking.
