Well, I'll admit my notion is somewhat fanciful. I just can't see Rick or anyone from his group traveling all the way to Oceanside and convincing them to join him. What can he tell them that wasn't already said by Tara?

 

If you mean weapons experience that featured not any of them hitting Tara even once then I am a little worried about them being anything more than bodies in a war.

 

I think the only way to get the Oceanside ladies on board is to appeal to their sense of vengeance for the murders of all of the men by Negan and while I don't think Tara will just out them directly I am sure that this will come about anyway somehow and we will all love it too.
Otherwise what was the point of seeing them at all in the first place?
I imagine some deeper back story about them at SaviorVille will be part of the things we will learn.

 

Perhaps Heath returns to Alexandria with a deal he made with Oceanaside.
